Yulia graduated from the Faculty of Law of Belarusian State University summa cum laude in 2000 and from the Institute of State and Law at the National Academy of Sciences where she obtained her postgraduate degree in 2004. International experience includes internships at the Faculty of Law, Social and Economic Sciences of Karl Franz University (Graz, Austria) and at the Faculty of Law of Friedrich-Alexander University (Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany). Yulia also worked in the legal department of KNAUF Eastern Europe Department (Iphofen, Germany).
