Borovtsov & Salei at the conference “Labor Relations – 2023”

On March 31, 2023 practical conference “Labor relations - 2023: changes, problems, solutions” took place. During the conference recent changes in labor legislation, main tendencies of its development, as well as practical cases related to the issues of HR employees’ high interest were discussed.

Within session work, Ekaterina Zhuk, associate of Borovtsov & Salei, acted as a moderator of the following block: “Introduction of a new position of Data Protection Officer in the company”. This issue covered different mechanisms for legalizing the status of such a specialist.
