On May 22, 2023 partner Lada Maisenia and associate Ekaterina Zhuk held a seminar on the following topic: “Informing medical and pharmaceutical workers about medicines. Changes in legislation of the Republic of Belarus”.

In the context of the stated issues recent changes to the Instruction on the procedure and conditions for informing medical and pharmaceutical workers about medicines included in the State Register of Medicines of the Republic of Belarus by representatives of medicine manufacturers (approved by the Resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus dated April 17, 2015 No. 44) were clarified. Attention was also paid to certain aspects of pharmacovigilance, placement (distribution) of advertising. During the event other issues, which are of most concern to the pharmaceutical community in this area, were subject to discussion.
