On July 24, 2024, partner Lada Maisenya and senior lawyer Yulia Shuba held a seminar for members of the Association of International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers on the topic "Changes to the Advertising Law: How We Work with Advertising Distributors". During the meeting, our experts explained to the audience the key changes made to the Advertising Law, which came into force on July 12, 2024.

A detailed explanation was given of the innovations in the legal regulation of advertising of medicinal products, including changes in the list of exceptions to the general rule on mandatory approval of advertising in the Ministry of Health. The interest of the audience was aroused by the analysis of the nuances of working with Internet advertising, including through your own Internet resources (websites, accounts on social networks, etc.), as well as the procedure for interacting with advertising distributors and the possible risks of working with advertising distributors that are not in the Register of Advertising Distributors.
