Seminar from Borovtsov & Salei for the Association of International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers

On November 1, 2023, partner Lada Maisenya and senior lawyer Lyudmila Matyunova held a seminar on the topic “Changes to the Labor Code of the Republic of Belarus. New responsibilities and opportunities".

In the context of the stated issues, changes to the Labor Code, which come into force January 1, 2024, are analyzed, including those relating to new provisions on social and labor guarantees for workers, granting them labor and social leave, regulation of remote work of workers, possibilities for using information and communication technologies in labor relations.
